Introduction of Use
Crush1 teaspoon of Vitex in mortar and add into 1 glasses of boiled chlorine-free water (150-200ml) and boil (3 minutes) on low heat with lid. Strain the herb while it is hot.

Consume 2 times a day, half hour before breakfast and dinner.
