Canned okra from Seboş

We roasted our freshest little plum okra, which we collect in the season, with tomatoes and capia peppers. We added our freshly squeezed lemon juice and a little salt on it. It is important that the lemon is freshly squeezed, because only lemon juice cuts the saliva of the okra itself. Do not forget to add lemon juice while cooking. You just need to fry the onion and empty your can. As in all our cans, our canned okra is made only from the crops grown by our own farmer in the season.
