Introduction of Use
Add 1 dinner spoon of the herb into 0,5L of boiled water (chorine-free). Boil for 10 minutes on low heat. Strain and separate the herb while it is hot and divide in two portions. It is recommended to consume 2x per day; one portion half hour before breakfast and the other portion before lunch. Recommended to continue until package is completely used.
It is recommended not to add sugar, honey or similar additives.
For herbal teas that are consumed half an hour before or after eating, it is recommended to consume only water after half an hour.
