How to be used:
1.Preparation: external use for your skin
Add 2 dinner spoon of the herb into 1L of boiled water (chorine-free). Boil for 8 minutes on low heat with lid. Strain and separate the herb while it is hot and put into a glass bottle when it is warm. It is recommended to apply 2x per day on the applicable areas. Also recommended to prepare a fresh solution every three days.
2.Preparation: external use for your feet
Add 4 dinner spoon of the herb into 2L of boiled water (chorine-free). Boil for 8 minutes on low heat with lid. Strain and separate the herb while it is hot and put into a tub which can be used as a foot bath when it is warm. It is recommended to take a foot batch for 30 minutes. The first week, every day and the second week 3x per week. This could be repeated till the package is fully used.
It needs to be prepared fresh each time.
