It has been compiled from the highlands of the Taurus Mountains at an altitude of 800m to 1500m, and only wild plants are grown in the production area. No farming is done. Taurus prairie plants, which are irrigated by the melting snow waters in spring, have won the battle for survival in the arid Mediterranean climate as of June, so the nectar they secrete is aromatic. In this area, the bees carry the nectar they collect from the wildflowers to the hive, reduce the humidity and produce honey by adding enzymes from themselves. The main wildflowers are rock thyme, wild clover and cornflower, all of which have medicinal value.
Introduction of Use
1 dessert spoon of heaping (full) is consumed once a day, 1 hour after breakfast.
Use in Children:
For the age range of 2-6, its use should be 1 teaspoon once a day with 1 day intervals (every other day). You can also consume it in your breakfast if you wish.
Warnings
✓ Because it is natural, it can crystallize. It can be dissolved in 45°C hot water or consumed in its natural form. Store at room temperature. Temperature higher than 45°C and bright light decrease diastasis values and increase HMF values.
✓ Babies under 1 year old should not be fed honey.
