How to be used:
1. Preparation: Cooking
Add 1 dessert spoon to 1 glass of boiling chlorine-free water (150-200mL) and boil (7-8 minutes) on low heat with lid. Strain the herb while it is hot.
2. Preparation: Without cooking
If the herb cannot be cooked, 1 dessert spoon of the herb can be added to 1 glass of boiled chlorine-free water (150-200mL) and wait for 10 minutes with a lid.
Mouthwash
Can be used as a mouthwash, 3 times a day after breakfast, lunch and 15 minutes before going to sleep.
Nasal Drops
5 drops of the solution could be dropped in both nostrils 3 times a day.
It is recommended not to add sugar, honey or similar additives.
It needs to be prepared fresh each time.
