The sesame seed is one of the oldest oil seed crops, first domesticated well over 3000 years ago.
Sesame seeds contain lignans sesamolin, sesamin, pinoresinol and lariciresinol.
Sesame oil also contains antioxidant ingredients such as Vitamin E, sesamol, and sesamolin. Furthermore, polyunsaturated fatty acids and in particular omega 6 fatty acid. In addition to the omega 6 fatty acids with linoleic acid, sesame seeds also contain palmitic acid, stearic acid and oleic acid. Furthermore, this health product contains a lot of calcium, vitamin B6, potassium, magnesium, copper, iron and zinc. Introduction of Use
1 tablespoon on an empty stomach once a day.

It is recommended to consume with cold foods.

Dosage for Sesame oil Use:
It is not recommended for children under 1 year
For 1-3 years old 1 teaspoon daily
For 3-5 years old 1 dessert spoon daily
For ages 5 and above 1 tablespoon daily

Sesame oil also applicable for your skin and nails.
Apply once a day, by mixing1 tablespoon of Sesame oil and 1 teaspoon of Sage oil . Apply
10 minutes with circular movements without pressing too much on the areas with fingertips.


Due to the cold pressed production of Prof Saracoglu Sesame oil and not chemically and heat treated, it is recommended to be consumed within 60 days after opening. However, this period depends entirely on the usage and storage conditions of the consumer. For this reason, it will not be very accurate to give an exact date regarding usage periods. If it is kept in a cool place away from heat and light and its cover is kept closed completely, the period may be 4-6 months and 1 year depending on the product type.

Store in a cool and dry place. Do not expose to direct sunlight.
