Introduction of Use
Add 1 dessertspoon of Lavender herb into boiling water (150-200ml) and boil (15 minutes) on low heat with lid. Strain the herb while it is hot.

Consume 1 time a day, 2 hours before dinner.

Also possible for external use. Add 2 table spoons of Lavender herb into boiling water (500ml) and boil (10 minutes) on low heat with lid.

Steam for 2 minutes by taking breaks


It is recommended not to add sugar, honey or similar additives.
