Introduction of UseAdd 1 tablespoon of Horsetail herb into 2 tea glasses of chlorine-free water and boil on low heat for 5 minutes with the lid closed. Strain while hot.
Apply the warm water externally to the desired area using fingertips in gentle circular motions (10-15 times).
It is recommended not to add sugar, honey, or similar additives.Always prepare fresh each time.
