The carobs used in molasses production are generally from Mersin Bozyazı and Antalya Gazipaşa (Turkey).
It is produced from Carob fruits collected from the regions of Turkey.

Made from 100% Carob and water

Prof Saracoglu Carob molasses does not contain additives.

Introduction of Use
Consume 1 tablespoon of Carob molasses (full) before breakfast, lunch or dinner once a day.
Children under 12 years old should consume 1 teaspoon on an empty stomach once a day.

Store in a cool and dry place. Do not expose to direct sunlight.

After opening the bottle of Carob molasses, condensation may occur due to loss of moisture and crystallization may occur depending on the sugar of the fruit.
