It is cooked over a wood fire in sherbet prepared with beet sugar.

A palate-pleasing taste with a crunchy outside and soft inside, with the taste of bite-sized confectionery.

You can serve it with some tahini and walnuts as a light dessert, especially after meals.

Even those who say they don't like zucchini love this jam.

CASING

It should be stored in a cool and dark place. After opening, it should be kept in the refrigerator.
