PICKLED STUFFED PEPPER FROM SEBOŞ
For pickled stuffed peppers, we collected the freshest stuffed peppers of the season from our gardens, washed them and cleaned their seeds. Afterwards, we stuffed our finely chopped white cabbage, eggplant, carrot, parsley and fresh mint into our peppers. After adding garlic, coriander, mint, parsley, bay leaf and chickpeas to our jars, we placed our stuffed peppers and of course added the pickle juice we prepared with our own vinegar.
INGREDIENTS: White Cabbage, Eggplant, Carrot, Red Sweet Pepper, Drinking Water, Grape Vinegar, Salt, Parsley, Mint, Garlic, Lemon Salt, Bay Leaf.
