How to be used:
Add 1 dessertspoon into 1 glasses of boiled chlorine-free water (150-200mL) and boil on low heat with lid. While it is hot, strain and separate the herb.
It is recommended not to add sugar, honey or similar additives.
For herbal teas that are consumed half an hour before or after eating, it is recommended to consume only water after half an hour.
It needs to be prepared fresh each time.
Keep the package on a cool and dry place.
Attention should be paid to the instructions for use of the mentioned herb and do not exceed the doses.
