How to be used:
Steaming:
Add 2 table spoons into 1 L boiled chlorine-free water and steam by boiling on very low heat. Steam for 5 minutes by taking breaks. Then a handkerchief / cotton ball can be moistened by putting it in the solution and apply it to the inside of both nostrils. This can be applied 3 x a week until the packaging is used.
It needs to be prepared fresh each time.
Keep the package on a cool and dry place.
Attention should be paid to the instructions for use of the mentioned herb and do not exceed the doses.
Warnings:
The use of the herb is not recommended for children under 6 years old and for pregnant women. Consult with your doctor or pharmacist before using.
For breastfeeding women, the use of the herb is recommended after the 4th month of the breastfeeding period. Consult with your doctor or pharmacist before using.
