How to be used:
1.Preparation: internal
Add 1 dessertspoon into 1 glasses of boiled chlorine-free water (150-200mL) and boil (7 minutes) on low heat with lid. While it is hot, strain and separate the herb. It is recommended to drink 1x per day, 2 hours after dinner. Recommended to drink for a month and if needed repeat 3-4 per year.
It is recommended not to add sugar, honey or similar additives.
For herbal teas that are consumed half an hour before or after eating, it is recommended to consume only water after half an hour.
2.Preparation: external
Add 5-6 pieces into 1 boiled glass with chlorine-free water and boil (7 minutes) on low heat with lid. While it is hot, strain and separate the herb. Apply 1x per day, in the morning on the relevant areas and wait for a half hour. Usage could be repeated 4x per week for a duration of 1 month.
It needs to be prepared fresh each time.
Keep the package on a cool and dry place.
Attention should be paid to the instructions for use of the mentioned herb and do not exceed the doses.
Warnings:
It is known that the use of the plant/herb is not recommended for people who use heavy antibiotics, heavy anti antidepressants and heavy blood thinners. Consult with your doctor or pharmacist before using.
