How to be used:
Add 4-5 gr into 1 glasses with boiled mild (or water), mix and wait for 5 minutes.
Consume 2x per day a half hour before breakfast and dinner. Recommended to continue until package is completely used.
Use: It is not recommended to consume with milk in case of cough with mucus.
Recommended to drink no more than 2 cups per day and no longer than 1 month. After 1 month you could consider to use another herb tea.
It is recommended not to add sugar, honey or similar additives.
For herbal teas that are consumed half an hour before or after eating, it is recommended to consume only water after half an hour.
It needs to be prepared fresh each time.
Keep the package on a cool and dry place.
Attention should be paid to the instructions for use of the mentioned herb and do not exceed the doses.
Warnings:
It is known that the use of the plant/herb is not recommended for people who use heavy antibiotics, heavy antidepressants and heavy blood thinners. Consult with your doctor or pharmacist before using.
The use of the herb is not recommended for children under 3 years old and for pregnant women. For breastfeeding women, the use of the herb is recommended after the 4th month of the breastfeeding period.
