Prof. Saracoglu Bee Pollen is collected from Sivas / Zara Gürlevik Mountain (Turkey), at approximately 1,800 meters altitude. Thanks to its rich endemic plant diversity and pristine environment, it is harvested without agricultural spraying and under natural conditions.
Bee pollen is carefully collected by bees at the hive entrance using a special method. It is then gently processed with short-term controlled heating and packaged following Prof. Saracoglu methods.
