Details about raw material:
It is supplied from Sivas / Zara Gürlevik Mountain region. Thanks to its altitude of approximately 1800 meters, it has many endemic plant diversity. The region, which can stay away from agricultural spraying due to its untouched natural conditions, allows pollen to be collected in a healthy way.
Preparation Technique:
The pollen collected by the bees is collected by means of a special trap at the entrance of the hive. The pollen particles that fall by being attached to this trap are then subjected to a short-term controlled heating process for the purpose of evaporating the moisture inside. The extracted pollen is then packaged.
Use:
1 teaspoon of heaping (full) pollen 1 hour after breakfast is swallowed with 1-2 sips of water.
You can mix it with honey if you wish. 1 tablespoon with 1 teaspoon heaping (full) pollen
Mix it with a heaping spoon (full) honey and swallow it with a few sips of water.
