We brought together fragrant pink field tomatoes, capia peppers, fragrant fresh mint, onions, plenty of strained village yoghurt and marrow bone broth.
It is suitable for infants and children who have switched to supplementary food. It's not bitter, it's sweet tarhana.
Since the animal product is bone broth, it is dried in a static pasta drying room for 11 hours. Its nutritional value is not preserved, it does not allow the formation of mold bacteria, etc. and it is spread and dried the moment it is kneaded!
It is not kept for 21 days like our normal usak tarhana! The content is very different, the important thing is that the products with high nutritional value are added after the vegetables are dried and crumbled to make them more dense.
Casing
It should be stored in a cool and dark place in a glass jar or cloth bag away from moisture.
